The Head of the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan, Metropolitan Alexander of Astana and Kazakhstan, was congratulated on the 35th anniversary of his archpastoral service by the Chairman of the Commission on Healthcare of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Director of the National Medical Research Center for Otorhinolaryngology of the FMBA of Russia, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Professor Nikolay Arkadyevich Daikhes:

From your youth, you have devoted yourself to serving God and people, earning a reputation throughout these years of noble service as a wise archpastor and leader who deeply loves the Church and the Fatherland.
