On September 8, 2024, with the blessing of Metropolitan Alexander of Astana and Kazakhstan, a concert titled "Golden-Domed Moscow" will be held at the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God Parish at Chemolgan Station in the Almaty Region, dedicated to the Day of the Russian Capital.
The event will feature performances by the Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ilyas Autov; the Folk Song Theater (artistic director - M. Granova); the "Cossack Glory" ensemble of the Union of Cossacks of Semirechye; and creative groups from the Sunday schools of the Almaty Diocese.
After the concert, there will be a children's chalk drawing competition on the pavement.
The festive program begins at 11:00 AM, and entry is free.
