Commemoration in the Assembly of New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia on the first Sunday starting from February 11 (January 29, O.S.).
Saint Ksenia was born in 1875 in the Chernihiv province. In 1940, she was arrested and sentenced to five years in labor camps.
In 1942, while serving her sentence in the Akmola branch of KarLag in Kazakhstan, Ksenia Mikhailovna was arrested again in connection with the group case of Venerable Martyr Evdokia (Andrianova) and on April 20, she was sentenced to execution by shooting. The sentence was carried out shortly thereafter.
She was glorified as a saint of the New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia by the Jubilee Hierarchical Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church in 2000 for universal veneration.
