Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on your appointment to the high and responsible office of Chairman of the Kurultai of Kazakhstan!
For many years, while holding various positions of responsibility in public service, you have devoted your efforts to the development of the social and economic sphere and to strengthening public morality in the country.
You have now been elected to the high office of Chairman of the Kurultai of Kazakhstan, which testifies to the confidence placed in you by the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev, as well as to the support your candidacy has received from the majority of deputies. A broad field of activity now lies before you, together with serious tasks requiring resolution. People associate your name with their hopes for the stability and prosperity of society and for improvements in the standard of living of the country’s population.
I am convinced that the constructive cooperation between the country’s leadership, the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan and the public will continue to contribute to the social, economic, spiritual and cultural development of the Republic, to the preservation of interethnic and interfaith peace and harmony, and to the affirmation of enduring moral ideals and traditional family values in the lives of our contemporaries.
I wish you, esteemed Aibek Arkabayevich, good health and longevity, blessed success and the abundant assistance of the Almighty in your labors for the good of Kazakhstan.
