June 15, 2025 – the First Sunday after Pentecost, the feast of All Saints who have pleased God throughout the ages.
Archbishop Vladimir of Petropavlovsk and Bulaevo led the celebrations marking the patronal feast of the Church of All Saints.
Before the Divine Liturgy, a Lesser Blessing of Water was performed.
Concelebrating with His Eminence were: Protopriest Sergy Pervushin, secretary of the diocesan administration; Priest Antony Shuvakin, sacristan of the Church of All Saints; Protopriest Evgeny Yashenkyn and Priest Pavel Olesiuk, clergy of the parish; Deacon Vladimir Bartol; Deacon Alexey Alexandrovich.
The church choir sang under the direction of I.L. Mikhailova.
At the end of the Divine Liturgy, the archpastor, clergy, and numerous faithful and pilgrims took part in a procession around the church. During the procession, a memorial lity was served for the departed clergy and parishioners, as well as for all buried at the cemetery adjacent to the Church of All Saints.
A polychronion was proclaimed for His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’, the hierarchs, clergy, and faithful of the Orthodox Church in Kazakhstan, the President, authorities, armed forces, and all the people of Kazakhstan.
Following the service, Archbishop Vladimir congratulated the clergy and parishioners on the feast and delivered an archpastoral homily. He then gave his blessing for Igor Avdeev, a fourth-year student of the correspondence program of the Almaty Theological Seminary, to wear the podryasnik.
The archbishop then invited all attendees to a festive concert organized by the parish and its schoolchildren. The program included sacred and classical music, poetry, dances, and a celebratory waltz.
The festivities concluded with a communal meal.
