September 12, 2025. His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’ sent his congratulations to the Head of the Metropolis of the Russian Orthodox Church in the Republic of Kazakhstan, permanent member of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Alexander of Astana and Kazakhstan, on the occasion of his name day.
In his congratulatory message, the Primate invoked the prayerful intercession of the heavenly patrons to aid the metropolitan and expressed his good wishes:
“May Christ the Savior strengthen your spiritual and bodily powers, grant you grace-filled joy, and assist you in your further archpastoral labors for the benefit of the Mother Church.”
