On the night of January 6–7, 2026, in the oldest church of Almaty – the Kazan Cathedral – by the blessing of Metropolitan Alexander of Astana and Kazakhstan, the Divine Liturgy dedicated to the feast of the Nativity of Christ will be celebrated.
The public foundation «ELEOS-MEIRIM» (President – V.M. Kapsamun) will provide a live broadcast of the festive nighttime service, accompanied by a theological and cultural commentary.
