Archbishop Ipatiy of Satpayev Awarded the Order of St. Sergius of Radonezh, Third Class

On July 18, 2026, the feast of the uncovering of the honorable relics of St. Sergius, Abbot of Radonezh, following the Divine Liturgy on Cathedral Square of the Holy Trinity–St. Sergius Lavra, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’ presented Church awards in the Throne Hall of the Patriarchal Chambers of the Lavra to a number of bishops, abbesses of stavropegial monasteries, and clergy who have rendered distinguished service to the Holy Church and are marking significant anniversaries this year.

By decree of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, and in recognition of his dedicated archpastoral service and on the occasion of his 60th birthday, Archbishop Ipatiy of Satpayev, Vicar Bishop of the Diocese of Karaganda, was awarded the Order of St. Sergius of Radonezh, Third Class.
