On December 21, 2024, in Almaty, by the blessing of Metropolitan Alexander of Astana and Kazakhstan, a morning performance took place in the Church Assembly Hall of St. Nicholas Cathedral, organized as part of the 15th Children’s Creative Festival “Christmas Angel.”
The participants of the event were the younger groups of the Central Sunday School.
Before the morning performance, the children partook of the Holy Mysteries of Christ during the Divine Liturgy at St. Nicholas Church.
The director of the school, Galina Vasilyevna Cherepanova, addressed the attendees with a welcoming speech.
Following the opening remarks, the young students showcased their talents to the guests. They sang, danced, formed traditional circles, and performed miniature theatrical sketches.
At the conclusion of the festive program, each participant received a gift filled with various sweets.
