The Akim of the city of Almaty, Yerbolat Askarbekovich Dossayev, extended his congratulations to the residents of the metropolis on the Feast of Holy Pascha:
“I warmly congratulate you on the Bright Resurrection of Christ — Pascha!
This springtime feast is a symbol of goodness, hope, and spiritual renewal, and it is always celebrated in an atmosphere of respect, peace, and mutual understanding. Pascha fills our hearts with faith, inspires good deeds, and strengthens our commitment to justice, mercy, and mutual support. It is a time when we especially feel the power of traditions, carefully passed down through generations, and the importance of human warmth and the support of loved ones.”
The head of the city’s executive authority noted that Almaty is “a home for people of various nationalities and religious confessions, and such blessed holidays as Pascha serve as a reminder of our capacity to be together, to respect and support one another. These very values form the foundation of peace, harmony, and the sustainable development of our beloved city.”
Y.A. Dossayev wished the Head of the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan and all Kazakhstanis good health, peace, and well-being.
