Your Eminence,
On behalf of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in my own name, I express my heartfelt condolences on the repose of the former head of the Uralsk Diocese of the Orthodox Church in Kazakhstan — Archbishop Anthony.
He was a respected clergyman, held in high regard, and made a significant contribution to the development of relations between representatives of the clergy and regional government authorities, as well as to the promotion of moral values among citizens.
The many years of Archbishop Anthony’s service in the history of the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan will forever remain in the memory and hearts of the faithful.
Please convey to the relatives and loved ones of Archbishop Anthony words of sincere sympathy and spiritual support.
