Congratulatory Message to Metropolitan Alexander from the State Counselor of the Republic of Kazakhstan Y.T. Karin

At the Metropolitan Joseph (Chernov) Administrative and Spiritual-Cultural Center of the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan, Metropolitan Alexander of Astana and Kazakhstan, Head of the Kazakhstan Metropolitan District, was visited by Nurlan Medsantovich Kikimov, Head of the Department for Religious Affairs of the Southern Capital.

Mr. Kikimov conveyed a greeting on behalf of the State Counselor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Tynymbayevich Karin.
