April 26, 2026. Almaty. At the invitation of the command of Military Unit No. 61993 and with the blessing of Metropolitan Alexander of Astana and Kazakhstan, the Head of the Public Relations Department of the Kazakhstan Metropolitan District, key cleric of the Ascension Cathedral, Archpriest Alexander Suvorov, met with the personnel of an air assault brigade.
In his address, Archpriest Alexander touched upon issues of patriotism, spiritual and moral values, and the personal responsibility of servicemen.
During the discussion, the importance of service in the air assault forces was emphasized as one of the most significant and demanding branches of military activity. The priest underscored that the defense of the Fatherland is an honorable and responsible ministry.
The command of the unit expressed gratitude to Archpriest Alexander Suvorov for the substantive and inspiring meeting, noting his significant contribution to the spiritual and moral formation of the personnel.
