Dear compatriots!
From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate you on a truly epoch-making event – the entry into force of the New Constitution of our country!
Today marks the beginning of a new era in the history of sovereign Kazakhstan. We are embarking on the main path of steady progress, political and economic reforms, and large-scale modernization.
This day marks a fundamental restructuring of the political system and the transformation of key institutions of the state and civil society.
At the nationwide referendum on March 15, the people of Kazakhstan made a historic choice that determined the horizons of the country’s development for many decades to come. This historic decision will forever remain in the chronicle of the nation as a vivid example of genuine patriotism and the high civic responsibility of millions of our compatriots.
It is deeply symbolic that Constitution Day is henceforth inseparably connected with the beginning of the decade of “Nauryznama”. This significant date harmoniously unites the centuries-old traditions of spring renewal with the fundamental principles of the New Basic Law – the pursuit of civic solidarity, advanced knowledge and conscientious labor for the benefit of the Motherland.
I am convinced that, relying on the unwavering legal foundation of a truly nationwide Constitution, we will certainly achieve all our goals and establish in society the constructive values of Law and Order, Diligence and Progress, Purity and Love of Nature.
Having united into an unbreakable foundation of national unity, we will undoubtedly reach the heights of world civilization and build a Just Kazakhstan – a state of equal opportunities and comprehensive development for all citizens without exception!
I express confidence in the ultimate success of the plans we have outlined, which lead to the prosperity of our Motherland.
Long live the Republic of Kazakhstan!
Long live our people!
