Since 2010, you have been serving the Orthodox Church in Kazakhstan. Throughout these years, you have labored for the benefit of Orthodox believers and for the peaceful prosperity of our society.
You have earned deep respect from representatives of state bodies, leaders of public organizations, and leaders of traditional confessions in our country.
Your work has been recognized with high honors from the Republic of Kazakhstan.
You have paid special attention to the preparation and holding of the Congresses of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, the sessions of which are regularly held in Astana with your active participation.
Thanks to your tireless efforts, remarkable changes have taken place in the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan. Educational and social-charitable activities have been intensified. Traditional spiritual, moral, and family values are being promoted.
You have consistently supported and actively participated in strengthening interethnic harmony and interreligious dialogue within Kazakhstani society.
On this special day for you, please accept my warmest wishes for strong health, success, and new achievements, which will contribute to the spiritual development and prosperity of the people of Kazakhstan.
