Bishop Ignaty Participated in the Meeting of the Club of Leaders of Religious Associations of the Aktobe Region

August 21, 2025. A meeting of the Club of Leaders of Religious Associations of the Aktobe Region was held in the building of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.

The meeting was attended by Bishop Ignaty of Aktobe and Kyzylorda, diocesan administration staff, as well as leaders and representatives of various religious organizations of Aktobe.

During the meeting, the religious leaders were introduced to the new Head of the Department for Religious Affairs of the Aktobe Region, K.S. Zhaksygaliev.

Discussions focused on the functioning of religious associations, strengthening interfaith harmony, promoting the spread of spiritual values, and holding educational events. Each representative shared their experience. Joint initiatives were proposed to strengthen social cohesion, which is important for the stability of the region and the country as a whole. Common tasks and directions for cooperation were outlined.

Reports on the work carried out were presented by the religious leaders.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the new Head of the Department for Religious Affairs of the Aktobe Region, K.S. Zhaksygaliev, thanked all those present for their participation and meaningful contributions.

The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
