Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of your archpastoral ministry!
You mark this significant day on Kazakhstani soil, which has become your second homeland. For nearly 15 years, you have devoted all your efforts to its spiritual development, promoting the ideals of peace, friendship, and harmony in our Republic.
It is heartening to acknowledge that you pay special attention to the peaceful cooperation between Orthodox Christians and representatives of Islam, as well as all traditional religious confessions. The episcopate and clergy of the Orthodox Church, under your leadership, consistently nurture their faithful in the spirit of respect for Muslims and encourage active participation in the social, educational, and cultural projects of our state.
Your multifaceted constructive and peacemaking efforts have earned you respect from representatives of the traditional confessions of our country and from a broad cross-section of society.
With all my heart, I wish you on this festive day strong health and the help of the Almighty in all your good undertakings for the benefit of the people of Kazakhstan!
