She was born in 1888.
She married Vladimir Dzhurinsky, who later became a priest.
She worked as a teacher in the village of Sergeevka in the Vernensky district of the Semirechensk region, where her husband served.
She was executed by the Bolsheviks on December 22, 1920, in the city of Verny along with her husband, Protopriest Vladimir Dzhurinsky.
Euphrosyne was glorified as a saint by the Bishops' Council of the Russian Orthodox Church in August 2000.
