As the Head of one of the world’s largest nations, you have accomplished much and continue to labor for the comprehensive development of the Republic. As a result, Kazakhstan has achieved significant successes in the economic and social spheres.
As a wise politician and responsible statesman, you labor for the strengthening of civic harmony not only in your native country, but also make a substantial contribution to the establishment of peace throughout the world.
Deeply respected Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich, in the person of the episcopate, clergy, and laity of the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan, you will always have faithful co-workers in building a strong and viable state founded upon spiritual and moral values and unity of purpose.
