His Excellency
K.-J.K. Tokayev
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Your Excellency, highly esteemed Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich!
Please accept my congratulations on the victory of the Adilet Party in the first elections in the history of Kazakhstan to the unicameral Parliament – the Kurultai. The high voter turnout and the results of the popular vote have clearly demonstrated broad support for the course pursued under your leadership toward strengthening domestic political stability, ensuring the country’s dynamic social and economic development, and protecting its interests in the international arena.
The Adilet Party unites citizens who associate the future of Kazakhstan with the principles of justice, law and order. The elections have demonstrated that the ideas of constructive development and progress have firmly taken a central place on the country’s public agenda. This is an important indication of the political and social renewal of the Republic.
As Head of State, you attach particular importance to the spiritual dimension of the life of the people of Kazakhstan. It is gratifying that over the past years constructive relations have developed between the leadership of the Republic, its representative and legislative authorities, and the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan, aimed at affirming traditional moral values in society and preserving the country’s rich historical and cultural heritage. I hope that, with your gracious support, this cooperation will continue to develop and bear good fruit, contributing to the strengthening of interfaith peace and interethnic harmony.
I wish you, highly esteemed Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich, and all those who, under your leadership, labor for the good of our common home – blessed Kazakhstan – strength of soul and body, well-being, and success in your service to our native country.
