August 21, 2025. Petropavlovsk. In the spiritual and administrative center at the Ascension Cathedral, under the chairmanship of Archbishop Vladimir of Petropavlovsk and Bulaevo, a regular meeting of the Diocesan Council was held.
Participating in the work were: Protopriest Sergey Pervushin, Secretary of the Diocesan Administration; Protopriest Sergey Snopkov, Rector of the Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul; Priest Evgeny Stolyarov, Dean of the Mamlyutsk Church District; Priest Mikhail Berezin, Rector of the Church of St. Methodius; Priest Antoniy Shuvakin, Sacristan of the Church of All Saints.
The working meeting began with the singing of the prayer “O Heavenly King.” The session was opened with a report by the Ruling Hierarch of the Petropavlovsk and Bulaevo Diocese, Archbishop Vladimir.
The archpastor informed those gathered about his participation in the XXIX session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the North Kazakhstan Region.
A special topic of the report was information about the upcoming visit to Kazakhstan of the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’.
During the meeting, the members of the Council discussed current issues of Church life at both the diocesan and parish levels.
At the conclusion of the session, Archbishop Vladimir thanked those present and imparted his archpastoral blessing to all.
