On July 1, 2025, in Petropavlovsk, a diploma awarding ceremony for graduates of the Humanities and Technical College was held. The college is headed by Archbishop Vladimir of Petropavlovsk and Bulaevo.
Participating in the event were: Secretary of the Petropavlovsk Diocese, Protopriest Sergey Pervushin; Deputy Director for Academic Affairs A.K. Makishev; Deputy Director for Industrial Training M.O. Alexeyeva; faculty members, staff, and students of the institution.
Opening the ceremony, Archbishop Vladimir addressed those gathered with a word of greeting. In particular, the hierarch expressed gratitude to the college staff for their labors and wished the graduates blessed success in all their future endeavors.
Following this, the diplomas were awarded. During the 2024–2025 academic year, more than 200 students graduated from the Humanities and Technical College.
The graduates expressed sincere appreciation to the director, the faculty, and the college staff for the knowledge they had received and for the dedication with which each teacher approached their work. Afterward, students of the college, as well as the creative ensembles Kerbes and Mangilik, presented a concert program for the attendees.
